The Institutes for Research, Innovation and Scholarship (The IRIS) also provides technical advisory services, and support assistance activities to select state universities in setting up and developing their university technoparks, R&D laboratories, incubators, FabLabs and science and technology parks as agents of inclusive innovation in their catchment areas.
